Seed Hawk Announces Phase II of expansion

Seed Hawk is pleased to announce phase II of their plant expansion.

Seed Hawk keeps growing, and to keep up with domestic and global
demand, the Langbank-based leader in precision seeding systems is adding another 55,000
sq. ft. of space to its facility this spring. The $7.5 million expansion, Phase Two in their long term
plan, will triple their existing manufacturing capacity, bring everything under one roof,
and increase the size of their facility to 100,000 sq. ft.

“We are extremely excited about this expansion to our facility. The extra space will allow Seed
Hawk to continue growing well into the 21st century,” said Seed Hawk President Pat Beaujot.
“With this expansion we can increase capacity to meet demand and maintain the quality that
Seed Hawk has become synonymous with.”

Phase One of Seed Hawk’s expansion took place in 2007, shortly after partnering with
Swedish Ag manufacturer Vaderstad Verken. Through the construction of a new corporate
office and assembly plant, they expanded their facility to 45,000 sq. ft. Since then, new
product developments and a larger demand for the Seed Hawk drills have the company
busier than ever.

“We need the extra space to do what we do best: provide the most grower profitable precision
seeding solutions in the world,” said Beaujot. “R&D and manufacturing products of the highest
quality will always remain the cornerstone of Seed Hawk – now, we can just do more of it.”
Since 1992, Seed Hawk has been building precision seeding systems to better equip farmers
and improve agricultural practices. Seed Hawk is an international manufacturer of state-of-the art,
zero-tillage seeding systems, sold in Canada, the U.S., Australia, and Eastern Europe.
